GEORGE CHINONSO AJOKU popularly known as CHURCHMAN, A.K.A (Abuja No.1 ) is a Nigerian -songwriter, performing, recording artiste, He cloned his stage name CHURCHMAN, from what his friends use to call him back when he was living in South America, while there he use to advice some of his friends to live right when many choose to commit one crime or the other all in the name of making money.

Many accused him of being too spiritual so when he went into music business professionally he picked up the name.

As a confirmed Igbo Boy from the beautiful city of Owerri, CHURCHMAN infuses his tradition to his kind of music mixing it with the new age ever energetic music. His music is greatly influenced by his great Mentors like Dr. Sir Warrior, Duncan Mighty, Tuface , late Onyekachi Ajoku , e.t.c.

He Performs in Igbo, Hausa, English and Pidgin English. As a mind blowing MUSICAL PERFORMER/ENTERTAINER, He has shared same stage with the likes of DUNCAN MIGHTY, YQ, TERRY G , SOUL E, and lots more.

He moved straight to No1 position in all the top charts across Abuja and its environs after the release of his debut single “Make we dey Go “ which featured Duncan Mighty.

he did a comeback with another smashing hit “ No be Gra Gra” with a beautiful video directed by Nigerian youngest director Eddie Izycs, with no dobt you cannot help but love this one.
